I would like to begin by congratulating:
All of my wonderful competition obedience students. You all work so hard to achieve your goals and you always have a great time and smiles on your faces. I have to say I love all of your great attitudes!!!! Even when you go out to a trial and don't come home with a "Q" the positive attitude is always there. With hard work perseverance a bit of patience and a lot of fun you will achieve your goals.
Most of you know the difficulty Jozee has had with her open out of sight stays. The fantastic feeling of earning her CDX at the Chuckanut Obedience trial on November 5th is the reason I keep playing the game!!!! Thank you to all my friends who continued to support me and cheer me on. I truly appreciate each one of you. Now it's on to Utility!!!
Happy Training
Kristi

Rico loves his beginning competition class, he can't wait for Wednesday to come -he really loves to work and learn-his tail is always wagging- he is a happy boy. Kristi makes training fun- for both handler and dog, thanks for all the help.

Miley finished her CD today at the Sammamish Kennel Club trial in Snohomish. She got first place with a score of 190 1/2. Yes, I could have asked for (and did!) better heeling but her sits were straight and sharp and her recall was really nice. She sniffed the steward on the first trip around the figure eight - really bad lagging there - but got a grip and was right with me on the second trip. She has not been in the ring in more than a year and has been back in class for only three weeks. I am really proud of her.
